1. Return Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, incorrect, or incomplete, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or leaks during delivery.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order is incomplete or missing an item.
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging, where applicable.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot normally be returned.

Please provide your Order ID, clear pictures of the product and its packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the returned product has been received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Refunds can be issued through your preferred available payment method:

  • JazzCash
  • Bank Transfer

Since we offer free delivery, only the product amount of Rs. 1,499 will be refunded.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for another item, an exchange may be arranged, subject to product availability and approval by our support team.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not normally accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products, except where required by applicable law.
  • Products reported after the 3-day return window.
  • Items without original packaging, where applicable.
  • Items without valid proof of purchase.
